Software Updates
HearID
The latest HearID version is 5.1.9.4. If you are running a 5.1.x version your are eligible for a free upgrade. Please contact us if you are running an earlier version and you would like to know your upgrade options. Upgrade paths depend on your hardware.
OtoStat APU
The latest OtoStat APU tethered version is 3.3, for both monaural and binaural systems.
OtoStat Handheld Screener
The latest OtoStat handheld version is 2.1 (research only) or 2.0 (clinical). If you are running OtoStat 1.0, please contact us for your upgrade options.
